2. What do I need to provide in order to process my payroll?
• We will need the information for each employee, how you pay each employee (i.e. hourly, salary, commission), bonuses and any recurring voluntary or involuntary deductions from employees' checks (and, in some cases, whether they are qualified pre-tax deductions or not.)
• What are included in payroll processing services?
We leverage on the cloud technology- HReasily, Payroll Panda to process the payroll. Our payroll processing services include payroll processing/calculation, online payment and filling to relevant agencies (EPF, SOCSO, EIF, HRDF and/or PCB). However, we do not help with drafting/preparation of appointment letter, employment contract, dismissal letter and etc.

You can update time attendance on overtime, undertime and late using Time Attendance Advance Settings. You can also sync your time attendance data from your payroll run.

Yes. The system can integrate with other modules. You can create claim type, assign approver, and generate the claims report.

HReasily and Payroll Panda offers direct integration with the cloud accounting software- Xero or Quickbook. Upon monthly payroll processing, the payroll system will generate and push the payroll summary to accounting software for payment processing and transaction recording
